Creating an Authentication Provider

  1. For Name, enter the name for your Authentication Provider, e.g. MyAuthenticationProvider.

  2. Select at Provider type > LDAP or Database.

  3. Click Next >.

Next page of the wizard depends on the selected provider type option.

Options:

  • Provider type

    • LDAP - LDAP as data source for authentication

    • Database (JPA) - Database as data source for authentication
